Julia F. Freeman, a native of Florida, moved to Tallahassee in 1994. As FAIA's Special Projects Manager, Ms. Freeman has a myriad of responsibilities, some of which include preparation of the OneVoice Command Post Communiqué and the Agents Confidential, coordination of InsurPac and Trusted Choicesm, and organization of FAIA's Centennial History project.
Before moving to Tallahassee, Ms. Freeman lived in Ft. Myers, FL; Greenville, SC; and Louisville, KY. She holds three degrees in music: a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University, a Master of Church Music from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Florida State University.
