How to Login to FAIA
Accessing some information at faia.com is a member privilege! Our website is chock full of information that you need to know about your livelihood—the insurance industry in Florida. Just about any question or topic you need is addressed here somewhere. Take a few minutes and "click around!" To access all the member-only items, you'll need to log in, using your unique member ID # & password, which we will send you if you click here and select "find me."
Once you've logged in for the first time, please go to your profile and change both your user ID and your password to something you can always remember. We encourage you to log in every day to keep up with the latest insurance news. There is a small subscription fee for some articles (just the ones in the FIRL), so if you see that message pop up, just click to subscribe. If you ever forget your login info, just go to the login page and click "find me" or "reset password." We will send it right away.
If you haven't ever registered for an FAIA class, please send an email to classroom@faia.com with the following info, so that we can set you up in our system and ensure the online registration discount. Your agency must be a member of FAIA.

- Insurance License number
- Email address
- Date of birth: MM/DD/YY
- Agency Name
- Agency Address & phone numbers
