FROM:            Cindy   Molnar, CMP

  SUBJECT:     Company  Hospitality Functions at
                          FAIA's  107th Anniversary Convention & Education Symposium
  _______________________________________________________________________

Please find enclosed the information to begin organizing  a hospitality function at FAIA's 107th Anniversary Convention &  Education Symposium, June 9-11, 2011 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort &  Golf Club, Orlando. We are pleased to offer both suites and meeting rooms for  your use at Orlando's  newest convention hotel.

Please note:  All hospitality events must be booked through  FAIA.  Rosen Shingle Creek will not  release space for your event during FAIA's Convention dates.  Hospitality events may NOT be open during  official FAIA functions.  Your  cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Meeting Rooms:
Please find enclosed a list of meeting rooms available  for receptions.  These rooms are located  on Level 1 and Level 2 and are available on Thursday, June 9 and Friday, June  10 only. A floor diagram for room location and reception capacity is  enclosed.  Please note some of the rooms  can be combined for a larger reception.

There is no charge for the meeting room itself. All food  and beverage must be purchased through the hotel.

If you wish to host a reception in a meeting room,  please complete the enclosed reception room application and send it back to  FAIA as soon as possible, no later than May 13.   We will make every effort to assign you the room and time you prefer, as  availability permits.

Suites:
Suites at Rosen Shingle Creek are perfect for  hospitality events and rates are very affordable. The configurations, features,  and prices of the different suites are enclosed.  There are a good number and variety of suites  available.  Most of the Hospitality Suites are located on the  first floor of the hotel and are conveniently grouped together. They are located apart from regular  guest rooms so activity in the suite will not affect other guests. Other types  of suites are located throughout the hotel and are not clustered in any one area on any one  floor.  Please understand that FAIA  cannot make the final suite assignments.   Rosen Shingle Creek reserves that right, based on your request sent  through us and individual room availability on your arrival date.

If your company desires to host a hospitality suite,  please complete the enclosed suite application in full and send it to FAIA as  soon as possible.  Along with your suite  application, payment for the first night's room rate must be included.

You should know that receptions and hospitality suites should not  conflict with official Convention functions.  Here are the  times when the Convention program offers free time for attendees:

Thursday, June 9:              4:00  pm to 7:00 pm
                                                                10:00 pm - until

Friday, June 10:                  all  evening beginning at 5:00 pm

You will work directly with the hotel on food and  beverage.  Your contact for hospitality  suites and reception rooms is Gina Doria, Catering Manager, 407-996-9714 (Gdoria@RosenShingleCreek.com).  Gina is ready to take your calls about food/beverage pricing, customized menus,  themed events, etc.

Please keep in mind when selecting your reception room  the number of attendees, entertainment, food, beverage, and décor. This will  help you determine the size of the room best suited for your reception.

If you have any questions about a hospitality function at FAIA's 107th  Anniversary Convention & Education Symposium, please contact me at  850/893-4155 ext. 352 or by e-mail at cmolnar@faia.com.  We look forward to your participation in what  promises to be an exciting Convention!
