Capitol Days & YAC Political Summit
March 19–20, 2019, DoubleTree by Hilton, Tallahassee
Each spring (and sometimes in January) FAIA holds its annual Capitol Days, where agents learn first-hand about issues and legislation that could affect their business and the industry’s future, and help advance FAIA’s legislative goals by meeting with their legislators to share concerns or show support.
Young Agents Council members arrive a day earlier on Monday, March 18 for the YAC Political Summit, designed to introduce Florida's young agents to political action committees and the political process, and put that knowledge into practice by dialing for InsurPac dollars and meeting with legislators to help advance FAIA's legislative goals.
